I hereby affirm and acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the inherent hazards and risks associated with bull riding activities in which I am about to engage. These risks include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Shoes must be removed, and pockets must be emptied prior to entering the ride area.
2. A parent or guardian must remain close to monitor any minor participants.
3. No pets, eyeglasses, toys, or sharp objects are permitted on or near the mechanical bull or inflatable apparatus.
4. Consumption of food, beverages, and chewing gum is prohibited in the vicinity of the mechanical bull.
5. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on or near the mechanical bull.
6. I acknowledge the potential risk of physical injury.
7. Participants are instructed to refrain from holding the horns or any part of the bull’s head; only the rope should be grasped.
8. Only one rider is allowed per turn; double rides are prohibited. Furthermore, a weight limit of 300 pounds is enforced for the mechanical bull.
9. No food, drinks, or smoking are permitted within 15 feet of the mechanical bull unit.
10. Face paint, body paint, or any non-natural hair coloring are prohibited. This includes any application that resembles animals or unnatural features. We will not make determinations regarding the materials used.
11. The mechanical bull’s rotational and bucking movements may result in uncontrollable falls.
12. Variations in equipment conditions, ground surfaces, and the bull’s speed and movement may pose risks.
13. In the event of inclement weather, including lightning, rain, or extreme wind conditions, the event will be canceled to ensure the safety of all participants.
14. Participants must consider their physical condition, sense of balance, and ability to follow directions while riding.
15. Equipment malfunction or operator error may occur.
16. A weight limit of 300 pounds is essential for maintaining the integrity of the equipment.
17. Should weather conditions be unfavorable on the day of the event, cancellation is permitted up to one day prior, with a full refund guaranteed.
18. If rain occurs on the event day, cancellation will be enacted without exceptions. Customers who choose to attend despite adverse weather have been informed that they had the option to cancel the day before and thus will not be eligible for refunds.
19. To reserve your event, please note that cancellations for personal reasons are non-refundable, except in cases of weather conditions.

I acknowledge and assume the following risks:

1. The rotational and bucking movements of the mechanical bull resulting in potential falls.
2. Variations in the equipment, ground surface, and bull dynamics.
3. Inclement weather including lightning and extreme conditions.
4. My own physical capabilities, balance, and ability to follow instructions.
5. The presence of insects or other flying entities.
6. Potential equipment failure or operator error.
7. Heat-related illnesses, including sunburn or dehydration.
8. Fatigue and decreased reaction time, which may increase the risk of accidents.

I understand that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated without compromising the essential qualities of the activity. Furthermore, I recognize that the employees of Easy to Jump Party Rentals LLC prioritize safety, yet they may misinterpret environmental conditions or fail to provide complete warnings. I expressly acknowledge that I am at least four feet tall, have read, comprehended.
