*Important: Please read this carefully before signing. By signing, you are giving up some legal rights.*
Participating in activities with the bounce houses, inflatables, and games from EASY TO JUMP, LLC comes with risks, including the possibility of serious injuries or even death. By using these fun inflatables, you are choosing to accept those risks. I understand that jumping and playing can sometimes lead to accidents, and I voluntarily choose to participate.
I agree to not hold EASY TO JUMP, LLC, or anyone working with them responsible for any injuries or damages that might happen while using their equipment. This includes any accidents caused by how the inflatables were made, set up, or maintained. I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any physical limitations that would prevent me or anyone else from safely enjoying these activities.
By signing this waiver, I accept all responsibility for any injuries that may happen to me or my belongings while using EASY TO JUMP, LLC’s equipment. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights. I am at least 18 years old and mentally able to agree to this waiver.
If I am signing for a child under 18, I confirm that I have the authority to do so and understand that this waiver applies to them as well.
*Safety Rules:*
1. *Age Limit:* Only children 12 years old and younger can use the bounce house. No adults are allowed.
2. *Food and Drink:* Please do not bring any food, drinks, or chewing gum near the inflatable to avoid choking hazards and keep it clean. If it gets dirty, the renter may have to pay a cleaning fee.
3. *No Shoes or Accessories:* Everyone must take off shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any badges before using the inflatable to prevent injuries and protect the equipment.
4. *No Smoking or BBQs:* Please keep smoking and cooking away from the inflatable.
5. *Safety First:* Children should not climb, hang, or sit on the walls of the inflatable.
6. *Adult Supervision Required:* An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times to ensure safety.
7. *Limit the Number of Users:* Make sure the inflatable isn’t overcrowded. Only allow kids of similar sizes and ages to play together to avoid accidents.
8. *No Rough Play:* Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, or behaving in ways that could harm others.
9. *No Pets or Sharp Objects:* Keep pets, toys, and anything sharp away from the inflatable.
10. *No Bouncing on the Step:* Children should not bounce on the front safety step, as this can be dangerous.
11. *Inflation Safety:* No one should be on the inflatable while it’s being inflated or deflated. That can be very dangerous!
12. *Stay Calm in Emergencies:* If the blower stops, make sure everyone gets off the inflatable calmly. Check for any issues. If it doesn’t start again, let us know right away.
13. *Most Important Rule:* Always supervise children on the inflatable to ensure everyone stays safe and follows the rules.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand these guidelines and agree to follow them for a safe and enjoyable experience.
*Refund Policy:* Refunds will be issued exclusively in the event of rain. To ensure a smooth process, cancellations must be communicated at least one day prior to the scheduled event. If rain occurs on the event day and a cancellation hasn’t been made a day in advance, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please note that refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total bill is required.
